Peter Poulsen – Master Franchise Partner South Germany
Peter John Poulsen is the Master Franchisor for South DACH, consisting of Southern Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He is an experienced entrepreneur and an outstanding leader. He has built an impressive career in both entrepreneurial projects and senior positions in multinational companies. With professional experience in Europe, Australia and the United States, he has successfully led and supported teams on a global scale.
Prior to his current role as an independent management consultant, Peter gained extensive expertise in the areas of strategic business development, operational management and change management. His consulting projects covered topics such as restructuring, international business expansion, ERP implementation and leadership development, where he was able to achieve significant efficiency and productivity gains for his clients.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Economics with majors in Marketing, Controlling and Economics. He has also completed high-level management and leadership training, including the SMP Management Programme at the University of St. Gallen, as well as certifications in Kaizen, 5S and transformational leadership.

Coen van der Maarel is a Senior Franchise Partner at thexton armstrong Switzerland, where he is committed to helping SME owners navigate the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship. His focus is on strengthening business fundamentals, increasing profitability and enabling more rewarding ownership experiences.
With over 38 years of experience in General Management and Business Development, Coen brings deep expertise in leadership, customer-centric strategy, and organizational growth. Before joining thexton armstrong Switzerland, he held senior executive roles in General Management and Sales within the Supply Chain sector, consistently delivering above-market growth and strong financial outcomes.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands and has completed executive education programs at Northwestern University (USA) and INSEAD (Switzerland).
