Peter John Poulsen is the Master Franchisor for South DACH, consisting of Southern Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He is an experienced entrepreneur and an outstanding leader. He has built an impressive career in both entrepreneurial projects and senior positions in multinational companies. With professional experience in Europe, Australia and the United States, he has successfully led and supported teams on a global scale.
Prior to his current role as an independent management consultant, Peter gained extensive expertise in the areas of strategic business development, operational management and change management. His consulting projects covered topics such as restructuring, international business expansion, ERP implementation and leadership development, where he was able to achieve significant efficiency and productivity gains for his clients.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Economics with majors in Marketing, Controlling and Economics. He has also completed high-level management and leadership training, including the SMP Management Programme at the University of St. Gallen, as well as certifications in Kaizen, 5S and transformational leadership.
